Thanks for choosing Skin Studio for your skincare journey. To keep things smooth for everyone, we've got a few simple booking steps we need to share with you:

Locking In Your Spot

  • A £55 deposit is required to book your appointment. This isn't extra; it'll go straight towards your treatment or products on the day.

  • This is fully refundable if you let us know more than 24 hours in advance. Just a heads up, this deposit sticks with us if you change your mind in less than 24 hours.

Changing Plans? No Problem!

  • Life's full of surprises, we get it! If you need to cancel or move your appointment, just give us a shout at least 24 hours before.

  • If it's less than 24 hours to go, we'll have to hold on to your deposit. This helps us keep things fair for all our clients and our team.

  • Need to move your booking? No worries! Just let us know 24 hours in advance, so we have everything prepped for you. Less than 24 hours and you’ll forfeit your deposit.

Running Late?

  • Life happens; we might need to trim your session a bit to fit in the next client. Don't worry; we'll always do our best to give you the full experience.

Missed Appointments

  • Missing your appointment without letting us know? Your deposit will be used to cover the slot.

  • If it happens more than once, we might ask for full payment upfront next time.
